Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Jalapeños
Ingredients:
- 8 jalapeño peppers
- 8 slices bacon
- 8oz block cream cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, grated or finely chopped
- 1 TBSP whole milk
- 1 4 Tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green Jalapeño Pepper Jelly
- 1 2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

- Half and core the jalapeño peppers, removing the seeds and white parts.
- Mix together softened cream cheese, whole milk and garlic cloves. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the Green Jalapeño Pepper Jelly and half of the shredded cheese to the cream cheese mixture in Step 2.Â
- Stuff the cored jalapeños with the cream cheese mixture.
- Once stuffed, wrap each jalapeño in a slice of bacon and place on a sheet tray.
- Bake 375° for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy and peppers are bubbly.
- Top with more Green Jalapeño Pepper Jelly and enjoy!
